We are now accepting applications for new players. Open spots for our teams are limited and highly sought after. This is the perfect way to start the conversation about what we do and what you want in a club. We advise that prospective members complete this questionnaire as soon as possible. Upon completing this application, an Elite Sports Ohio Volleyball staff member will contact the applicant's parents/guardians to schedule an informal conversation with the applicant and the parents/guardians.
